Ondřej Lochman

When I choose civics and citizenship education at the University 6 years ago I had no clue that it will become my passion for the next years. Working as freelance trainer and leading a small youth ngo in the Euroregion Nisa region, with the focus on citizenship and participation, is what I pretty much do in the last years. I am a trainer of Czech National Agency of Youth program and external trainer of global ngo PartnersCzech. I was a trainer of Cultures in Dialogue 2005 (DK), ConnAction (2006, NL) or The power of short distance network (2006, CZE) or Sailors on the CitizenShip (2006, CZE).

I studied English and civics for teachers and now I work on my Ph.D. thesis in pedagogy at the Prague Uni having at the moment an internship in Frankfurt am Main. I undergo many international seminars and trainings during my studies up nad these I count as a strong part of my experiences.

One of the main aims of our ngo is to support the cross border cooperation, especially in the Euroregion NISA.
Neighbours meet neighbours is one of the contributions of our support.

At one of the cross border projects I as well met Kasia and we did already at the event the last summer set a frame of the Neigbours project. Kasia is the person that will dedicate her time to every project to the last drop and that is why she is for us so important to have. She is our specialist on the open space method and effective communication.

JendrekI met already a year ago at one contact making seminar. Together we did develop the Sailors on the CitizenShip module. He is the guy to bring a bit of theory and a fabulous facilitator. AT the neigbhour training he will be focusing on the objectives and task distribution issues.
